SEVEN STEPS TO CREATE A PURPOSEFUL LIFE
The world is full of opportunities. The following steps are key to seize those opportunities in order to create a purposeful life
Step 1 – DREAM
Having a dream is the starting point. Stop complaining and start dreaming about what you want in the future
Step 2 – LOVE
Make a choice to love yourself and others and you will draw to you exactly what you believe you are worthy of. When we love we always strive for the better than who we are. Choose love!
Step 3 – CREATE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
Create positive information to impress your subconscious mind and trigger it into positive actions. Start implementing positive affirmations and inspirational quotes everyday.
Step 4 – VISUALISE YOU IN THE FUTURE
Visualization is where you decide of your direct future. Create a strong image of how you would like things to look, imagining that anything is possible: What will you look like? What will you be feeling? Who will be there with you?
Step 5 – MASTER POSITIVITY
Replace negative patterns with positive ones. Master positivity and dismiss negative emotions. Beautiful things happen when you clear your life of negativity.
Step 6 – EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE
For your brain to function effectively you need to exercise regularly and eat healthy to obtain a higher quality life. A combination of good nutrition, regular exercise and positive attitude is key. A healthy body will generate healthy productivity.
Step 7 – TAKE ACTION
The only way to learn is through taking action
Start by dreaming then go and implement your dream by committing to be part of something bigger than yourself!
